At same network capacity, configuration bandwidth reducing from 11.6MHz to 10.4MHz will bring
negligible network performance loss (around 1%), by which frequency points saving gain is more than 10%
Uplink RQ drop rate is obviously better than downlink because of uplink interference cancelling technology
Uplink interference cancelling technology is suggested , like IRC/EIRC

DFA Test Case in CMCC - Network Configuration
Network Configuration
Test area is configured as DFA zone and buffer zone
DFA zone are located at central area with high traffic load
Buffer zone are used to isolate DFA sites from interference
For the frequencies
Used only in DFA zone as dynamic frequency
Used both in DFA zone as dynamic frequency and buffer zone
Frequency hopping should be disabled

GSM/LTE Dynamic Bandwidth Extension (DBE)
C-SON is ZTEs SON system
C-SON server predicts GSM and LTE required DBE Principle
BW according to history traffic load
eNB decide whether to extend BW based on
current traffic load when GSM released BW
LTE eNB for sharing
eNB MUST release extended BW when GSM
traffic load increases
BSC decide whether to release or recycle
BW based on current traffic load and
Note: iCS server will replace C-SON server from Jan. 2016 BSS CSONs suggestion

When GSM released shared BW, LTE will decide whether to extend

its BW

GSM/LTE GSM/LTE The candidate LTE BW extension set is

Dynamic LTE Dynamic [3MHz,5MHz],[5MHz,10MHz],[10MHz,15MHz] and
Sharing Sharing [15MHz,20MHz]

LTE 5M When GSM traffic load increases, eNB MUST release the shared
BW for GSM
