findings of my submitted article?
Based on this research, the average nutritional status of SMAN 1 Padang female students
calculated based on BMI is 62.5% in normal category with 56.2% of samples experienced a
disruption of the menstrual cycle. In this study, total fat consumption is lacking in all the samples
(100%) with less consumption of cholesterol (71.9%), Saturated Fatty Acids (SFA) (50.0%),
Monounsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA) (98.4%), polyunsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA) (98.4%) and
enough Trans Fatty acids (TFA) (62.5%).

We believe that this manuscript is appropriate and informative for publication by the Research
Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology as it focused on the factors affecting the menstrual cycle,
such as patterns of consumption of fat and nutritional status of female adolescents in Senior
High School 1 Padang, Sumatera Bara. This manuscript is not only focusing on Gynecology
disorder aspect but also nutrition and women health.
