AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, CORAZON ABABA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident

of Barangay San Juan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, after having been sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the complaining witness in ADMIN CASE NO.: RIAS3B-NMP-

ADM-17-006 For: Grave Misconduct (Violation of RA 9262)
entitled IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST
PO2 ARNEL T. ABABA now pending before the Regional Internal
Affairs Service 3, Angles City Internal Affairs Service in Camp
Tomas J. Pepito, Barangay Sto. Domingo, Angeles City;

2. My husband respondent PO2 ARNEL T. ABABA asked for

forgiveness to what he have done to me and our children, and out of
my love and compassion for him, and in view of the love and support
that he has since bestowed on me and our children, I have decided to
forgive my husband, respondent PO2 ARNEL T. ABABA;

3. I am no longer interested in prosecuting the above-mentioned case

against respondent PO2 ARNEL T. ABABA nor testify against him
in the said case;

4. I respectfully request that the Honorable Summary Hearing Officer

to DISMISS the above-mentioned case against respondent PO2
ARNEL T. ABABA;

5. I am executing this Affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing statement:
