Centrilift Monitoring and Automation Services gives operators insight into the information
needed to optimize production and extend equipment run life. The Centinel™ line of down-hole
sensor systems provides critical data on as many as six different ESP system operating parameters,
all aimed at increasing run life and improving performance. Data from a Centinel down-hole sensor
helps prevent the ESP system from operating in detrimental conditions and can automatically shut
down the ESP system based on user-set limits.
The Centinel series simplifies your field maintenance and installation program as each member of Ported
the Centinel family uses the same surface components. The Centinel and Centinel+ sensor Pump Head
packages are three-part systems comprised of a down-hole sensor, a surface inductor panel and a
surface electronics panel (SEP). The Centinel+D sensor package is a five-part system comprised of
the down-hole sensor, a ported pump head, hydraulic tubing, the surface inductor panel and the Hydraulic
SEP. The down-hole sensor offers digital data transmission, eliminating signal interference that can Tubing
cause inaccurate information and loss of down-hole data. The surface inductor panel is TUV certified Multi-stage
and UL listed to comply with the most stringent electrical codes. Each system is available as a Centrifugal
stand-alone graphic control system (GCS) based system or as an optional expansion module for the Pump
Centrilift Electrospeed® family of variable speed drives and motor controllers.
Centinel sensors provide operators a highly reliable tool for accurately maintaining established well
pressures and measuring fluid temperatures while optimizing production rates and reserve recovery.

FEATURES & BENEFITS Separator
FEATURE BENEFIT
Easy operation, with similar procedures for all
Allows seamless integration of data
into GCS drives and switchboards >> three models. Once familiar with one model,
field operators need no additional training for
other Centinel models.
Seal Section
Patented isolation technology >> Enhances reliability and equipment life by pro-
tecting down-hole electronics from phase shorts
Allows for measurement when the ESP is not
Uninterrupted operation when
electrical power to motor is shut off >> running, providing critical data such as pressure
