1. For materials and services, if applicable, include telephone, fax, and internet
connection, subscription to electronic databases, photocopying, printing, and
supplies. Itemize budget for each individual service or type of supplies.
2. For logistics, indicate needs for rental of venue, chairs, tables, and etc

2. Abstract
Executive summary of the proposal. It should give a clear idea of the central advocacy
or goal that the initiative is intended to achieve and its justification. Also, it should briefly
discuss the nature, relevance, and impact.
3. Nature of the Advocacy or Endeavor
Before anything else, state whether the advocacy is focused on Community
Development, Governance, or both.
4. Relevance and Impact
Please refer to the description in the criteria for deliberation.
5. Vision/ Goals the Advocacy or Endeavor wishes to achieve
Provide a background of the study to be conducted, relevance of literature search and
critical appraisal of related articles.
6. Scope and Limitations
Must clearly define the scope and limitations that the advocacy or endeavor will be
undertaking.
7. Methodology
The methodology explains the materials and procedures that will be used to achieve
the objectives or goal. Include here plans for the logistics, programs, promotions,
documentation, and evaluation. Please be specific with the materials needed.
8. Timeline & Gantt Chart
Includes the specific dates and steps that will be taken to accomplish the objectives of
the advocacy or endeavor. (Pre, post, and during implementation)
9. Key Performance Indicators
At least 3 performance indicators you can use to measure the effectiveness and
success of the project. Indicators must be quantifiable.
