DEFINITION
Intellectual Property Right includes the right to exploit whichever Intellectual Property or whichever right which is similar or
analogous to whichever Intellectual Property; whichever moral right; whichever license, right or interest of whichever kind arising out
of or giveed or created in respect of whichever Intellectual Property; whichever right to bring an action for passing off or whichever
similar or analogous proceeding.

should the country of origin prove to be different from that advised by the (side A).

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT


In the event of the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary breaching Clause ____, the (side A) shall be entitled to charge interest on the
outstanding amount owed by the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary in harmony with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest

during the Contract Period.

REJECTION OF GOODS
Goods so rejected after release shall be removed by the (side A) at its own expense within fourteen days from the date of
notification of rejection. If the (side A) fails to remove them within such period the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary may return the
rejected Goods at the (side A)s risk and expense and charge the (side A) for the cost of storage from the date of rejection.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
The (side B) or whichever Beneficiary shall ascertain whether the (side A)'s provision of the Goods in question meets whichever
performance criteria as specified in the Specification or, if the criteria are not so specified, meets the standards of a professional
supplier of the Goods.

LIMITATION LIABILITY
Neither side shall be legally responsible to the other side for whichever loss or damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by
the other side as a result of whichever breach of the terms of the Contract, unless the same were in the reasonable contemplation of
the concern sides at the time when they entered into the Contract.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
hands as of the date first written above.
