This Legal form of document issued on this date _______________ by the two involving concern sides (side A ________________)

and (side B ________________) where The two concern sides must be aware of and agreed on the conditions below.

DEFINITION
Intellectual Property refers whichever and all patents, Dealmarks, service marks, domain names, registered designs, utility models,
applications for and the right to make applications for whichever of such civil liberties, inventions, Know-How as defined below,
unregistered Dealmarks and service marks.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT

If the adjusted Contract Price is not so agreed or certified until after such variation has taken place, the (side B) or whichever
Beneficiary shall continue to pay the (side A) at the rate current prior to the variation but shall pay to the (side A) or be entitled to
recover from the (side A) as the case may be such sum if whichever as is equal to the difference Involves the amount which should
have been paid in harmony with the adjusted Contract Price and the amount which was actually paid.

VARIATION OF CONTRACT
whichever variation to the terms of the Contract must be recorded in writing and executed by a director or compwhichever secretary
if the (side A) is a compwhichever or an authorized signatory of the (side A) if the (side A) is not a compwhichever and the
Authorized Officer.

VARIATION OF THE SPECIFICATION

The (side B) may at whichever time propose to the (side A) whichever reasonable variation or addition to the Specification and the
(side A) is not unreasonably withhold or setback its consent to such variation.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
During whichever dispute, including a dispute as to the validity of the Contract, it is mutually agreed that the (side A) shall continue
its performance of the provisions of the Contract unless the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary requests in writing that the (side A)
does not do so.

TERMINATION
whichever termination in whole or in part of the Contract will not prejudice the civil liberties, obligations and duties of each side
arising prior to such termination taking effect.

COMMUNICATIONS
All written and oral communications, all documents and the labeling and marking of all packages shall be in English.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
