Introduction
Counseling theraphy is suitable to use for all the public . thus, this good to investigate the inside
your soul. Counselling in school also help the children to increase their responsibilities as
student. On 27 april 2017 our team have given the task to visit the smk seksyen 10 kota
damansara which is located at shah alam. we hope from the assessment of visiting school here
can encourage us to learn on how to become a good counselor in future.

Part 1
We have interviewed a teacher who is assigned as a teacher at a school counselor who is the
head of guidance and counseling gynecological Ziana on the activities of the unit's activities and
issues that are dominated by students at the school and how to deal . we interviewed about
biodata by the head teacher of madam Ziana aged 33 years .He hails from kuala Terengganu
Kemaman district Hippomobile in depth the scope of the career counseling profession has
changed the original field while he continued his studies in the field of accounting in diploma
scope..she are already aware of the deep interest of the scope of career counseling this is so by
its involvement in the agencies and NGOs as a volunteer facilitator next demeanor helpful and
beneficial to others and finally he took steps to change the scope of career counseling is also
fueled interest by parents who want their children to such a teacher .Thus he eventually
majored in education guidance and counseling at Sultan Idris Education University in malim. his
cape in upsi have been many theories suggesting that they have learned as theory r. e b. t a
teacher in her school counselor is also a registered counselor active with social services outside
.He was already beyond the age of 7 years in school.

We also interviewed about the function and role of the guidance and counseling of students
and the school and that he had tell us about co -Business focus on 4 main career, health, social
psychology, personality, and discipline in school counseling . guru consists of 4 teachers to 1
male and 3 girls.we also be informed of the total number of pupils at the school which is
attended by over 1700 students at the school. We also interviewed about whether there is a
medico-legal case that is too heavy experienced students in these schools can be said .He said
0.01 percent of the students there used to critical problems .but there is a case where there
was a disciple of conflict and confusion of so much that he intends suicidal .but when given a
mental screening test situation is not so critical and still able to be handled as it was only due to
the pressure and the problem is not enough sleep. but students are students who had tried on
its own to the counseling room to get service .beside that, his case is different with the students
who were forced to come to the counseling room, therefore in terms of the behavior of belief
and it are different.as case also is known to us if the students say nothing happened. Its
means is got something happen. as the counselor trust anything with impunity give advance
screening and therapy for students who are forced to know that. most of them came to the
guidance and counseling as a misconduct and more repo while students themselves come to
get more service, he said when approached by a student counselor should have a high technical
hearing.

We also asked about the techniques and theories used that technique REBT . But there is also a
case where the teacher had to solve the problem of students known as the silent student .the
interview section with the head counselor start form 1 until 9 theraphy session and what they
have found the cause of the boy refused to come to school it because they unadapt the
environment as a result of the time change, time, and circumstances. during the period that
held a lot of technique have been use such as art therapy .Since this student did not cooperate
during this session he made using a variety of other initiatives such as the following:
-A 5- bring notebook
-A 6-paint
-A 7-a-z start telling stories
-A 8-led meet friends from primary school.
-A 10-session successful.

Counseling teachers also use this technique for the theory of REBT is most suitable for use in
school compared to other theories because it fits with the motto of the mind, emotions, and
behavior l.When this technique does not do well because a mistake been confusion all .daily
school also has its own schedule of counseling sessions held 8 times a day and also handle
letters and conducting drug addict .head teachers in this school has also received several
achievement awards such as:
-counselor brilliant.
- good services
-unit regional champion.
The state-level institutions
-Management counseling
-the best practical inivation.

Challenges and problems faced while serving on the school's pupils to love the name of the
counselor for skipping class. in addition, other teachers do not understand the career of a
counseling teacherstudents past and present are also very different, if former students are
more independent and prefer pupils .problem in this school for boys is bullying and mocking
physically and so on. for women is very sensitive in many aspects.

Part 2
Conclusion of site visit report.
From the site visit, we had learned some of the techniques from the practitioners. As they had
experiences that children now days are different and more challenges. They also advise us to be
more particular and responsible counselor in the future.
