Client : Yes miss. I feel nauseous vomit in every morning so i cant eat well.
Suami : What happen with my wife?
Bidan : Are you ever to do antenatal care before this?
Client : Yes. I have done antenatal care in bd Runjati for pregnancy test
Bidan : Okay mam. Before i get your id, may i know your name?

Now i will to do phisical examination and obstetric to you. You can lie on your bed. Are
you ready mom?
Client : Yes. Iam ready miss.
Bidan : Okay. You can sit down again. I will explain you about your condition. Now your
gestational age is ten weeks. You condition and the baby in the good condition. So if
you feel nauseous vomit in every morning , it is a normal condition in first trimester.
So dont worry about it mom. I give some advice for you to minimalize your problem.
You can reduce with low fat food. And dont forget to taking medicine or suplement.
Suami : Then what can i do to my beloved wife?
Bidan : Sir you can always remember your wife to taking a medicine or suplement in
everytime. And caring the pregnant.
