ABSTRAK
Kajian ini dijalankan bagi melihat peningkatan dalam kemahiran asas menanduk
dengan menggunakan kaedah Confident Header bagi muridTahun 6. Kajian ini telah
dilaksanakan di salah sebuah sekolah di Kuala Lumpur dan telah melibatkan 8 orang
murid perempuan Tahun 6 Bestari. Tinjauan awal bagi permasalahan ini dikenalpasti
set-set latihan ansur maju yang dinamakan Confident Header. Latihan intervensi ini
bagi melihat peningkatan kemahiran peserta kajian melalui kaedah ujian pra dan
pasca menggunakan Ujian Kemahiran Hantaran Jarak Dekat Sir Bobby Charlton.
Kajian ini juga dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan berpandukan perlakuan asas
perlakuan asas menanduk melalui kaedah analisis dokumen. Kaedah temu bual juga
menanduk Kaedah Confident Header dilihat sebagai satu kaedah latihan yang
sesuai untuk diguna pakai bagi mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat dalam
This study aims to improve the basic skill of headers by using the Confident Header
technique among the Year 6 pupils. The target group of this study is a group of 8
girls from Year 6 Bestari. Preliminary research conducted through observation using
basic headers skill has proven the evident existence of this issue. The intervention
used consists of progression exercise sets named the Confident Header. The
exercise was conducted 3 times a week for duration of 4 weeks. Final test was
carried out in order to observe the improvement by using Sir Bobby Charltons Short
Passing Test. This research was also analyzed descriptively based on the basic
collected through document analysis. Interviews were also conducted in order to get
the pupils feedback on doing this technique. The results of this study have shown
positive improvement among the 8 pupils in using basic skills of heading. Therefore,
