1. Good morning Sir/Mam,

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Sushma Adhikari. I am basically from Uttrakhand, but born and bottom in Ranchi. I scored
71% in graduation in BSC IT, 57% in intermediate and 74% in 10th board.

About my family,

We are 5 member in my family including me. My father is a businessman. My mother is housewife. I

have 2 siblings, my elder sister is doing job in IT company since 8 years. My younger sister is studying.

My hobbies are listening music, playing games, dancing and making new friends.

My strength is my family apart from that my strength are positive thinking and learning from my
mistakes. I am hard working and also quick learner and always ready to learn something new.

My weakness is my English communication skill but I m trying to make it my strength.

My short term goal is to get a good job in a reputed company as like yours.
My long term goal is to become a good and respectable position in an organisation.

Limitations,

1) A little cunning mentality.

2) Panic or little shy feeling when I was in a public speaking.

4. In my words the difference is only that I can and I only can for example 1st person says I can do this
work but the 2nd person says no you can't I only can do this work the person who said first he trust his
self and his confidence but the person who says second he is an egoist and over confident.
5. Hard work means doing work without planning and it require more efforts. Smart work means doing
work with planning and find a way to complete the work within time.

6. I would like to spend my weekend with my family and friends. Its my responsibility to complete my
work in time. If my presence is important I will be there.

8. Yes definitely I can work under pressure. Sometimes under pressure situation make us more creative
or innovative and improve our hidden quality. But it doesn't mean that we always work under pressure.

My short term goal is to get a job in a reputed company like your's and long term goal to get respectable
position in that reputed company.

10. Yes, for me its a big opportunity to adapt changes, learn new things and know about other cultures
and methods of dealing with other people, it helps to build my career.

11. Failure motivates me to work hard. Failure always teach right way of life its always gives good lesson

12. I'm a cool person I don't get anger easily. But I only get anger when I saw people who talk positively
about a person in front of that person and talk all rubbish or negatively behind that person.

13. Creativity is nothing but doing ordinary things in a extra-ordinary way. If you have creativity, then
there is no requirement of any degree or certificate because pieces of paper doesn't define your life.

14. As I am a fresher so I will work until my presence is beneficial for your company as well as min e. If I
get career growth, job satisfaction, healthy environment then there is no need to change a job.

15. Thank you for this but I think I am qualified for this job but not overqualified because I am just a
beginner and have lots more to learn. Now I have just theoretical knowledge about my field when I will
get practical knowledge that time I can Consider me just a well qualified not overqualified. Because
learning never ends. And it has no limits.
