mt = Minimum edge distance from centre of anchor bolt to a free edge of the concrete
to prevent failure due to lateral bursting forces without additional reinforcement
mv = Minimum edge distance from Centre of anchor bolt to free edge of concrete
for shear loading towards the edge without additional reinforcement.
4 WCA indicates areas and capacities of anchor bolts with corrosion allowance taken into account.
