Subject : Approval for additional amount to pay the final bill in the favor of Konabari Automobile with
respect to WO TBL/BB Proj Pet_1/ME/58/2017"

Dear Sir,

Total work order value of Painting for Inter Connecting Pipe Line & Coagulation Tank of WTP Plant was
79400 TK. After completing final measurement it has been found total cost is127000 TK. Additional cost
i.e 49457 TK is being required to do some additional work which was not mentioned in this WO such as
below:

1. Some new area of WTP Plant has been brought under of Painting System to fulfill the requirement of
QC Department

2. Some pipe line as well its support has been coated two times to fulfill the requirement of QC
Department

Please give us approval for additional amount that is 49000 TK to pay the final bill in the favor of
Konabari Automobile
