1.1. Melatih pelajar untuk menjadi usahawan yang berjaya pada masa akan datang.
1.2. Mempromosikan makanan tradisi Johor kepada orang luar sama ada pelancong
asing mahupun orang tempatan.
1.3. Mempelbagaikan citarasa mee siput di luar jangkaan masyarakat tempatan.
