I have always known that eating fast food is not healthy. I did not realize how much sodium
in a single hamburger. I did not realize how little dietary fiber these melas had. These mea
almost an entire days worth of calories. If you were to eat at Back Yard Burger at lunch then
dinner time you would be going over your reccomended daily calorie intake. If you compar
to Mcdonald's, which seems to be the healhtier choice, you are taking in about less than h
those calories.
