PHILIPPINES FAMILY

Right from day one our Philemon Academy Foundation Inc. kids
over 150 of them, ran up to us before we got inside, hugging us
and mouthing words like we missed you, we are glad you are
back, and we love you! The love is amazing and so genuine, God
has given us His Amazing love for each other. Even the different
departments at Las Pinas City Hall remember us with fondness
and shared testimonies of our ministry to them in the past!
All glory and thanks to You JESUS!

We began our first week spending

quality time with the year 6 to 12
students. They were able to ask us
questions and we were able to ask
them questions. Anything they
shared was to be kept confidential!
The girls were the main ones to
open up and many of their stories
brought tears to our eyes. It has
enabled us to put measures in place
to help them.
During our first week we were invited to minister to prisoners
at the New Bilibid National Prisons Minimum Security section
a blessed time! The majority of pastors present there felt lead
to ordain into pastoral ministry one of
the inmates a powerful God moment.
He was already moving in this area
and this was a formal recognition of a
role he was already doing!
Following this one of the pastors who
is also a prison guard asked us if we
would like to go inside the Maximum
Security section of the prison, which
of cause we did!
Normally closed to for-
eigners, but opened for
us! Go God!
The New Bilibid National
Prison opened in 1940
and was designed to
house 10,000 inmates, it
currently houses around
70,000 prisoners

GOD OPENED PRISON DOORS THAT WERE CLOSED AND GAVE US OPEN ACCESS TO MINISTER TO HIS
TREASURES OF DARKNESS AND HIDDEN RICHES OF SECRET PLACES
Isaiah 45:1-3 1 Thus says the Lord to His anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held To subdue nations
before him And loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors, So that the gates will not be
shut: 2 I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze
And cut the bars of iron. 3 I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden riches of secret places,
That you may know that I, the Lord, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.
Following the work the Lord led us to, ministering to prisoners kids (left)
and our visit last year to minister to 80 male and 30 female prisoners in
the Las Pinas Jail, God has been speaking to me, Bruce, about the im-
portance of ministering to those locked up in prisons. This trip opened
up many more opportunities to minister to those imprisoned. With two
opportunities to minister to minimum security prisoners and seeing about
400 come forward for healing and salvation! Given access to maximum
security and on our last day in the Philippines along with Elaine and Pas-
tor Roy leading 25 prisoners to the Lord at the Las Pinas City Jail (right)!

Isaiah 45:1-3 and the following prophetic word shared in Charisma magazine by Bill Yount truly reflect
and confirm what God had been speaking to me and it has been an honour and privilege to be a part of what God is wanting to do in the
lives of these hidden riches!
Prophetic Word: God's 'Treasures' Locked Up Behind Bars and Razor Wire

It was late and I was tired, wanting to go to sleep, but God wanted to talk. It was about midnight, but it dawned on me that God does not
sleep. His question made me restless. "Bill, where on earth does man keep his most priceless treasures and valuables?" I said, "Lord,
usually these treasures like gold, silver, diamonds and precious jewels are kept locked up somewhere out of sight with usually guards and
security to keep them under lock and key."
God spoke. "Like man, My most valuable treasures on earth are also locked up."
Out from These Walls Will Come Forth an Army
I then saw Jesus standing in front of seemingly thousands of prisons and jails. The Lord said, "These have almost been destroyed by the
enemy, but these ones have the greatest potential to be used and to bring forth glory to my name. Tell My people, I am going this hour to
the prisons to activate the gifts and callings that lie dormant in these lives that were given before the foundation of the earth. Out from
these walls will come forth an army of spiritual giants. They will have power to literally kick down the gates of hell and overcome satanic
powers that are holding many of My own people bound in My own house."
Forgotten Vessels Must Be Restored
Tell my people that great treasure is behind these walls in these forgotten vessels. My people must come forth and touch these ones, for a
mighty anointing will be unleashed upon these for future victory in My Kingdom. "They must be restored." I then saw the Lord step up to the
prison doors with a key. One key fit every lock, and the gates began to open. I then heard and saw great explosions which sounded like
dynamite going off behind the walls. It sounded like all-out spiritual warfare. Jesus turned and said, "Tell My people to go in now and pick
up the spoil and rescue these." Jesus then began walking in and touching inmates who were thronging Him. Many who were touched in-
stantly had a golden glow come over them.
God spoke to me, "There's the gold!" Others had a silver glow around them. God said, "There's the silver!"
'Now Go and Pull Down Those Strongholds'
As if in slow motion, these people began to grow into what appeared to be giant knights in armor-like warriors. They had on the entire ar-
mor of God, and every piece was solid and pure gold, even golden shields. When I saw the golden shields, I heard the Lord say to these
warriors: "Now go and take what Satan has taught you and use it all against him. Go and pull down the strongholds coming against My
church."
These spiritual giants then started stepping over the prison walls with no one to resist them, and they went immediately to the front line of
the battle with the enemy. I saw them walk right past the church as big-name ministers known for their power with God were surpassed by
these unknown warriors like David going after Goliath. They crossed the enemy's line and started delivering many of God's people from the
clutches of Satan while demons trembled and fled out of sight at their presence.
Who Are These People?
No one, not even the church, seemed to know who these spiritual giants were or where they came from. All you could see was the armor,
the golden armor of God, from head to foot, and the shields of gold were there. The shields were restored to God's house, and there was
great victory and rejoicing.
I also saw silver, precious treasures and vessels being brought in. Beneath the gold and silver were the people nobody knew: rejects of
society, street people, the outcasts, the poor and the despised. These were the treasures that were missing from God's house.
In closing, the Lord said, "If my people want to know where they are needed, tell them they are needed in the streets, the hospitals, the
missions and prisons. When they come there, they will find Me and the next move of my spirit. and they will be
judged by My Word in Matthew 25:42-43!
Matthew 25:42-43: "For I was hungry and you gave Me no food, I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink, I was a
stranger and you did not take Me in, I was naked and you did not clothe Me, I was sick and in prison and you
did not visit Me."

 Our friend Merilyn Edwards, her daughter Lynda and grandchildren
Kelsey and Kai Williams from Queensland came over the day after
us. Lynda a high school teacher wanted to work with our teachers
and children in the areas of arts and sport. Fellow teachers at her
school in Queensland raised money to buy art, craft and sporting
equipment for our Philemon kids. Lyndas husband Davids work
sent over 15 computers com-
plete with operating systems and
the Williams bought new key-
boards and mice to go with
them!

Lynda organised the first ever sports day for our Philemon Academy Foundation Inc. kids and the whole school was divided into
three teams (tribes), Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and this will continue from now on through their entire school years. So there
will be year twelve students looking out for kinder one students and older etc. who are in the team/tribe.

Most sporting activities were played on rough ground out the front of the school and an empty block near the school but we bor-
rowed a nearby basketball court for the older students to play.

 We had an amazing God blessed day at Ortigas Healing Rooms (below)! We set out to do a
partial training / healing expo for the Ortigas Healing Rooms team plus several elders and
leaders of Lighthouse Christian Church Alabang plus another couple. We managed to get
through part of our program in the morning but after lunch God took over and the after-
noon was filled with practical demonstrations of His healing and delivering power! We
planned to finish at 4pm but it continued until after 6pm So many lives transformed and set
free from serious conditions and situations! Thank You Jesus!

Elaine was asked to be

Lord's Christian Circle
Yom Kippur service on
Saturday 30th Septem-
ber which included her
testimony of when she died and found
herself in a pit of snakes cried out to
Jesus not to leave her there then was
in a tunnel walking towards a bright
light, when He said to her go back its
not your time, This happened in 1986 following an operation, due to blood rejection and in 2011 she had a similar blood re-
jection pre op while they were giving her platelets prior to a second breast cancer op. But that time while Intensive Care staff
were working on her, she and I just heard the worship song How Great is Our God playing over the Royal Adelaide Hospi-
tals sound system, which in the natural would not happen! She shared how God had told her she was only rejecting the
blood of man, and said it will be far worse for those who reject the blood of Jesus!
She gave an altar call at the end of her message which was interpreted by Pastor Roy and over 250 people came forward
mostly to rededicate their lives but many to receive Jesus for the first time! Go God!
We both had numerous opportunities to minister to our school kids and on each occasion God gave us words for each individual!

The lower, middle and upper school had encounter (with Holy Spirit) days
and at the end of the upper schools night and day I felt lead by the Lord to
invite all the boys/young men to first rededicate their life to the Lord then
to look at the girls/young ladies and make a pledge to honour, respect
and look out for them and if they see anyone who looks or expresses that
they are uncomfortable that they would ask them if they are okay and
make sure they get the help and respect they need! (See left)
Pastors Roy and Baby are getting the words transcribed onto a card that
each one will be given and reminded of on a regular basis!
 We travelled by ourselves to Tanauan
City Hall with a driver to speak to the
pastors and intercessors at the Healing
Rooms there. Mayor Antonio Halili
provided rooms in the old City Hall and
has now provided even better rooms for
Healing Rooms in the new City Hall!
On our last visit we did a refresher for
the pastors and intercessors in prepara-
tion for the expected three hundred sur-
renders following the presidents ultimatum to the drug pushers and users. The
mayor required all those that surrendered to be counselled by Healing Rooms.
Over one thousand surrendered so it was a massive task! A few days before
this visit the team received a plaque recognising their amazing efforts with
those that surrendered.
This amazing Healing Rooms team (right) have also managed
to convince Mayor Halili to change the name of the Walk of
Shame (left) which they are forced to do regularly, to the
Walk of Hope we believe this will change the atmosphere
and enable these people to move on to true rehabilitation!
God has given us all second chances so lets pray this change
of name will help these people change their lives.
While at City Hall we managed to visit and minister to some of
the department but unfortunately Mayor Halili was in a meeting
so we could not catch up with him this time!
We then went to Pastor Roys cousins dental surgery in Tanauan
where I had a broken filling repaired. Thank you Dr Girly!

ABCI ANNIVERSARY
Elaine and I were blessed to be invited to the
38th anniversary of the Association of Born-again
Christians Inc. At the conclusion of the celebra-
tions I was asked to pray for the pastors and leaders of the associa-
tion. It was an honour and a privilege to minister to these Kingdom
minded men and women who come from so many different denomi-
nation and churches but come together for one cause the Kingdom
of God!
Former Senator Nene Pimentel invited us to come to the University of Makati to hear
him speak on Federalism, although he is getting very frail, he speaks with passion on
this subject and he is always pleased to see us. We are always appreciative of Bing
and Nenes friendship and despite having some different views they always value our
input which is often welcomed at various meetings Nene invites us to.

Once again we got to minister to this precious young couple and their 6 month
old son!

These guys were very successful pastors of a large church (names withheld)
when in 2015 they lost their first child. Sadly they received little to no help in
dealing with this massive grief in their lives. Elaine and I were blessed to be
given the opportunity to minister to them not long after in July 2015, and Jesus
poured out His love on them both, even allowing the wife to hold and feel her
baby in her arms, which she held for some time. They were able to name him
and she then handed him back to Jesus. You are awesome Lord!

God has since blessed them with another son and it was such a thrill to get to meet Levi for the first time. This meeting was
bitter sweet, they were encouraged by the denominational leadership to resign and they finally felt they had no choice but to
do that. This led to another blow, they thought they would be given a hand over time but that never happened, the termina-
tion was instant. We know God has not given up on these guys and is going to give them a powerful ministry in the market
place. We love these guys who have so much potential and God has given us a mutual bond, they're even putting off the
dedication and first birthday party of Levi until we return in March 2018.
 Our last day in the Philippines was very fruitful starting at Las Pinas
City Hall ministering to most of the departments there, including
some more that were previously closed. We just ask what their
needs are for their department, and then if they have any personal
needs they would like prayer for, we then minister into those needs.

Previously pastors were going around trying to get these depart-

ments to do Bible studies (they are there to work not do Bible studies).
Now by just asking what we can pray for them has given us a great
repour with all these departments a work that Pastor Roy and Pastor Felix who also takes care
of our Healing Rooms at the Health Care Centres, continues while we are away!
Below are the departments we visited culminating at the City Jail with all accepting Jesus as Lord and Saviour, Go God!

After a Holy Spirit led time at City Hall, we checked out a possible site for our school (right).
This site was a former college and with minimal work would enable us to start using it
with in weeks. If we can raise the funds for this property our school would be registered
in our own right, eliminating our current paying out funds to another school for accredita-
tion due to current rental arrangement. DipEd wont accredit us as we cant get a long
term lease despite being at our current location for over ten years.

We then went and said goodbye to all our students at the Philemon Academy Foundation
before heading back to Australia.
Thank you to all who support the ministries we do both here in Australia through
Healing Rooms, and the Philippines, with our school for indigents, and support to
many and varied churches pastors and leaders including but not exclusive to Heal-
ing Rooms training, outreaches to local and national governments through out the
nation. Your support also helps us reach out to many disadvantaged and some-
times forgotten people groups!
We are blessed to be able to partner with Pastors Roy and Adora Carandang (left)
and their children who also lay down their lives for the disadvantaged. We also
partner with many others in the Philippines and as we work together in unity in this
Market Place Ministry we see God do amazing works through our collective hands.
