Abstract

The expression of Prophet Saw on the confession of generosity of the three generation
relating to the faith, low enforcement and their morals the reality of this generation
dealing with the occurance of a social change that correlates to the constancy of
Islamic law. The perspective of " as well as good time" showed that social structure
change and the system happened between the lifetime of the prophet Muhammad Saw
with the lifetime of companions and also between the lifetime of companions with the
Tabi'in and there after found the transformation of law.

The transformation of law and transformation of social was a necessity in human life
aither individual or collective. Islamic teaching that rely on the Qur'an and Hadith
confronted with idealism and realism. Also between stabilism and alteration. In
Hadith " As well as good time" showed that realism and alteration was noticed in the
context of revelation, because the human being in a netral have no static properties in
a condition, because it tend to respond a number of events around them. The
responded made the human lifetime always dynamic and ultimately create new idea
and ideas in order to fulfill their expectations and needs.
