Maslows Hierarchy of Needs was also used. This is to prioritize the patients needs
which was the physiological needs, safety, love and belongings, self-esteem and self-
actualization. The patient was well cared of in order to ease the pain to achieve the
optimum wellness, we consider the childs ability to do the daily activities. In assessing
the patients physiological needs, we consider his parents capability to provide home and
shelter, food and the basic necessities of life. While assessing his safety, we take most
considerations of his parents ability to protect the child and security of the child. We also
assess the sense of belongingness of the child by asking the client of him being taken care
of. And if this caring, protecting and supporting him boosts himself to face different
people outside home and in the school. And in the childs eyes and level of consciousness
and perception, is the child able to feel complete and self-actualize.
