Dear Sir,

The students of T.E. CIVIL (Approximate no of students 78) are studying Transportation
Engineering-I subject in their curriculum. The syllabus of Transportation Engineering-I includes
construction process of highway pavement layers, Quality control tests of highway materials,
details of quarry plant, crusher plant and manufacture of construction materials in hot mix and
pug-mill plants. So, we would like to show them all above in your project site. Kindly allow
them to visit.

Our date of convenience is 11/08/2017. Please confirm whether it is suitable to you. We request
you to depute your Engineer to explain the construction process, quarry visit, borrow areas and
quality control tests of highway materials.
