In order to follow the trending, all peoples care about health and wellness.They will eat healthy
food in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Nowadays, the present of the yogurt ice cream is
one of the product based on the current concept. The most trending yogurt ice cream in
Malaysia is llao llao. Therefore, our company will be selling black yogurt ice cream. Whereby
the special black colour is came from the squid ink. It is rich in iron and antioxidants and
provides a number of potential health benefits.

Based on the feasibility analysis mentioned before which are product/ service feasibility
analysis and industry /target market feasibility analysis that use to ensure the business is
realistic to execute. The first methods is to ensure product/ service feasibility by prepare a
concept statement. Whereby the concept statement contain the description of the product, target
market, product differentiators, how the product is distributed and short description on directors,
and the benefits of the product. Then, give the concept statement to people for example
investors, target market members, suppliers, R&D experts to provide feedback on the potential
of the idea and give sense of the viability of the business idea. And ask for suggestions for how
the idea can be strengthened or altered before proceeding.

Besides, method to ensure industry or target market feasibility is study the marketability of the
offering by dealing with value proposition relative to customers. Study and make research on
feedback and suggestion given by investors, target market members, suppliers, R&D experts
on the concept statement that was mention on the previous method. However, we will also
study a more detailed customer profile of target customers by distributing questionnaire.
Moreover, by assessing the target customers perceptions of the product, purchase intentions,
and any suggestions for changes to the product and discuss for the modification if there is any
changes is needed.
