I am wring with reference to your e-mail of 23.8.2017

1. Double fabric:
- Pick density is not good (44/cm is too low) In the sample we sent it was in the area of 56 to 64 / cm
- We yarn is to thick (we use 110dtex)
- The two fabric looks like not xed together.
- The binding should be opmised otherwise the we yarn could be moved away.
- The holding selvedge on the right side is to ght. Please change from 1/1 to a binding 2/2
- The reed drawin of the holding selvedge is to close together. Please change it. (see example)

The upt le TUBULARLABEL.UPT which Mrs. Monica Grossmann sent to you seems to run without problems. This label you could us as a example how to create double face labels.
For us it is very dicult to help regarding paern and designing because we use Mucad computer and you use a foreign system. Is your design computer able to produce double face labels?

2. Scarf
The tubular.jpg picture is a scarf. Such a scarf is not possible on a label loom.
A scarf loom has a warp density of 48.5end /cm
The warp yarn is zero twist yarn e.g. 167dtex entangled
The we is Acryl e.g. Nm26/1
Special temple bar, special cleaning device, special reed
Ultrasonic cung

> Due to the big dierences on the loom and yarns scarfs are not possible to weave on a label loom. Therefore it make no sense to send the upt le.

We are sll using selvedge yarn from Mueller.

Warp Tension : 48

We had tried your upt le and run smoothly.

We sll get problem with our tubular design as you can see on aached photo persebaya.jpg( fabric is torn) and weaving is look unstable on Persebaya2.jpg .

Please give us the upt le (tubular.jpg) and inform detail yarn.

Problemdescription: We have a problem to make tubular label on MBJ6,

It seems to be that the holding selvedge is bumping, correct? YES

The fabric in the middle of the loom is passing without problem? YES

Please increase the holding selvedge tension

What kind of holding selvedge yarn do you use (send picture of sticker) WE STILL USE ORIGINAL YARN FROM MUELLER(NO STICKER)
Change the holding selvedge binding from 1/1 to 2/2
Change the holding selvedge drawing in the reed. Broaden it.
What is the warp tension? 48
Increase the warp tension
Use the coarse tube inside the full width temple bar.
