Mi tema es responsabilidad en los empleados pblicos en hechos lcitos.

La responsabilidad es el cumplimiento de las obligaciones o de indemnizar los daos

ocasionados por el incumplimiento de la obligacin.

Hay diferentes tipos de responsabilidades - civil

- criminal

- administrative; se divide en la actividad legitima

donde los hechos no tiene vicios ni defectos y en actividad ilegitima cuando hay un

incumplimiento irregular o defectuoso de la funcin o ejercida con injusticia

(irrazonabilidad). Esto est regulado en la Ley de Responsabilidad Estatal nro 26.944 (July,

2014)

Ahora voy a hablar de la responsabilities administrative en actividades legitimas donde un

ciudadano sufre el dao diferenciado del que sufre el resto de la comunidad.

El estado solo repara el dao emergente que corresponde al valor o precio de un bien o

cosa que ha sufrido dao o perjuicio.

Y no el lucro cesante al dinero o la ganancia que una persona deja de percibir como

consecuencia del perjuicio o dao que se le ha causado.

Desde mi punto de vista encuentro positivo que el Estado deba pagar por el dao que hizo

pero debera pagar tambin la ganancia que el habitante deja de percibir por su actuar del

hecho licito. Donde el ciudadano se empobrece por el actuar legitimo del Estado.

My topic is responsibilities in public employment in made low full.

The responsibility is the fulfillment of the obligations or the compensation of the damage

caused by the breach of obligations. (como pusiste the fulfillment no queda bien que despus

lo hagas en infinitivo para la compensacin. Es como que la oracin no pega. Si uss una

palabra compleja pero conjugada, la otra debera estar igual, o viceversa.)

There are different types of responsibilities - civil

- administrative,

It is also (los conectores son lindos y hace que no quede como dicho en caverncola) divided

into legitimate activity -where facts have no vices or defects- (los guiones para ayudar a la

lectura, porque sino se vuelve confuso) and illegitimate activity -because there is an irregular

or defective function or the exercise of injustice (unreasonableness). There is a regulation of

this in the State Responsibility No. 26.944 ( July , 2014 ).

Now I will talk about the administrative responsibilities in legitimate activities, where a

citizen could suffer different types of damage by the rest of the community.

The state only repairs the injure that correspond to the value or price of a good or thing

that has suffered damage or injustice, but no the money lost profit or gain that the person

forgone as a result of injury or damage that has been suffering (es medio confusa esta

oracin).
 I found really positive that the state must pay for the damage done, but I also consider that

it should addition the paymen of the inhabitant profit forgone by his act of lawful act. This is

when the citizen get impoverished by the legitimate act of state.
