From the M5 at Exeter take the A30 through Cornwall bypassing Launceston, Bodmin and Redruth. Continue
through the villages of St Erth and Crowlas until you get to the Newtown roundabout then take the 4th exit
towards Penzance A30. At the next roundabout by McDonalds take the 2nd exit still signed to Penzance and
continue past the Isles of Scilly heliport. As you approach the next roundabout, stay in the left hand lane and
this filters straight on towards Penzance town centre and railway station. Follow the road along the seafront
and as you join the one-way system keep in the left lane signposted for Car Parks, Newlyn and through traffic .
Carry on past the Wharfside Shopping Centre on your right, over a swing bridge and continue on the main road
as it bears round to the right with The Dolphin Tavern on the corner. Shortly after, you will pass the Jubilee
Bathing Pools on the left hand side. Approximately 300 yards further on, turn right in to Queen Street with The
Lugger Hotel on the corner. Drive up Queen Street for about 150 yards passing The Navy Inn, Captains Fish &
Chips and the Taj Mahal takeaway all on your left. Immediately afterwards, take the unmarked lane on the left
hand side (there is a no through road sign on the white painted wall). You will see Coulsons Terrace on your
left and opposite this, Smugglers Rest is on the right with the number 11 on the garden gate. There is a
parking space for one car and it is best to reverse onto the drive. If bringing a second car, it is usually possible
to park on The Promenade, or alternatively, St Anthonys Long Stay Car Park is opposite the bathing pool
where a weekly ticket currently costs 30.

This property is available from 4.30pm on the holiday start date until 10.30am on the holiday finish date. Our
normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however you can also speak to a member of staff on
Saturdays from 9am to 5.30pm. If you have a problem at the property out of these hours it is important that
you contact the housekeeper/owner. You can leave a message on our answerphone 01208 821666 which will
be checked at the start of the next working day. You are respectfully reminded that any damages must be
reported and paid for and properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition prior to your departure.
