Credit/Refund Policy
Participants canceling before the first class will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee. If a medically verified ill-
ness prevents class attendance and is reported during the class
session, a pro-rated credit or a refund will be issued, less a $10 processing fee. Credits or refunds for reasons other
than medical are at the discretion of the Executive Director. There will be a class credit or refund if the class is can-
celled or rescheduled by the Buhl Community Recreation Center.
Memberships are not refunded. If a medically verified illness prevents the member from using the facilities, the mem-
bership is held until the member can use the facilities or the membership may be transferred to another member.
Holiday Closures
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on WPIC 790 AM. If in doubt, please call our business office
at (724) 981-3700.
Guest privileges are provided at the Buhl Community Recreation Center by purchasing a guest pass at the Business Of-
fice.
Please note that members are also responsible for the behavior of their guests and can be held responsible for their ac-
tions. Guest passes are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Guest passes are not refundable.
Admitting an individual to the Buhl Community Recreation Center with the purpose of bypassing the Control Desk may
result in suspension or forfeiture of your membership without a
refund.
ACLD Aerobics
