Versatile EGG Curry

{You can use either Poached / Boiled eggs}

Heat oil add garlic-ginger paste, add sliced onion Mix nicely

Add chopped green chilli.curry leaves Mix till onion gets slightly

brown

Add coriander powd, fennel (saunf) powd, chilli powd, turmeric

powd..Mix till you get a nice aroma form the spices.

Add water, salt Boil

Add coconut milk and boilWHEN simmering..break eggs into

simmering curry on medium!

Cover and put on Low for 5 mins--- (till eggs are cooked)

{when using hard-boiled eggs.when gravy becomes thick.drop in the

boiled eggs}
