The TF61DA and TF121DA manual
hydraulic assist actuator assemblies
from Tyco Valves & Controls offers fast
and easy actuation as a cost effective
alternative to handwheel or bevel gear
manually actuated linear valves.
A simple pumping action of the handle
actuates the heavy duty hydraulic
cylinder operator to quickly and fully
open or close the valve. Operation time
is cut in half, or less. Manual effort is
also greatly reduced when compared to
handwheel or bevel gear actuation.

Features

The TF61DA is a double acting pump

with a displacement of 0.60 cubic inches
generating 3000 psi while the TF121DA
has a displacement of 1.20 cubic inches
generates 2000 psi system pressure.
A built-in adjustable relief valve is
standard on all units to prevent
overpressurization which could cause
damage to the system.

The system has been engineered to

handle one valve actuator, but it can be
modified to handle multiple valves from
one single remote location.

The TFV4 directional control valve was

designed primarily for use with hand
pump systems to allow intermittent
reversal of actuation while traveling from
the start position to the finish position.

The heavy duty hydraulic cylinder has

been designed to withstand 3000 psi
system pressure. It is built to JIC
dimensions and has been proven over
the past years as one of the most
durable actuators available.
