Rovalve Figure 6 Floating Disc Check Valve, 2 thru 24

150 psi design for 150 psi CWP suitable for both horizontal and vertical application,
fully fabricated body from heavy plate and sheet with carbon steel or better mating
flanges. Valve body shall have an internal disc stop located 15 degrees off center and
the disc shall have a double offset orientation to allow the disc to react quickly toward
the shut-off position and assure minimum of cracking pressure regardless of valve
position. Disc shall have a beveled edge to cut through fibrous materials and allow
disc to seat. Valve body to be a fully fabricated design, allowing the selection of
various face-to-face dimensions as required for the application. Port flanges shall be
drilled through to ANSI B16.5/150 with machined raised gasket faces. All nonferrous
exterior surfaces shall be painted to Tyco standard. Specify Rovalve Figure 6 from
Tyco Valves & Controls.

150 psi design for 150 psi CWP suitable for both horizontal and vertical application,
fully fabricated body from heavy plate and sheet with carbon steel or better mating
flanges. Valve body shall have an oversized downstream can to allow the maximum
swing of the gate reducing pressure drop. Valve body to be a fully fabricated design,
allowing the selection of various face-to-face dimensions as required for the
application. In lieu of a bolted body design, the valve shall be a fully welded assembly,
providing economy and reduced weight. Port flanges shall be drilled through to ANSI
B16.5/150 with machined raised gasket faces. All nonferrous exterior surfaces shall be
painted to Tyco standard. Specify Rovalve Figure 7 from Tyco Valves & Controls.

150 psi design for 150 psi CWP suitable for both horizontal and vertical application,
fully fabricated body from heavy plate and sheet with carbon steel or better mating
flanges. Valve body shall have an oversized downstream can to allow the maximum
swing of the gate reducing pressure drop. Valve shall be standard with large inspection
port to allow full inspection and clean out of the valve internals. In addition, valve to be
equipped with an external shaft to allow factory or field adaptation of counterweights.
To prevent atmospheric leakage, the external shaft shall feature an adjustable packing
assembly consisting of multiple layers of braided asbestos free Teflon impregnated
synthetic or equal packing around shaft evenly compressed by a cast stainless steel
one-piece packing gland. Valve body to be a fully fabricated design, allowing the
selection of various face-to-face dimensions as required for the application. In lieu of a
bolted body design, the valve shall be a fully welded assembly, providing economy
and reduced weight. Port flanges shall be drilled through to ANSI B16.5/150 with
machined raised gasket faces. All nonferrous exterior surfaces shall be painted to Tyco
standard. Specify Rovalve Figure 27 from Tyco Valves & Controls.
