Project Complexity Questionnaire

To become an APM Registered Project Professional (RPP) you must be able to demonstrate management of a complex project. This questionnaire is
based on the project complexity matrix from the APM Competence Framework and is intended to help you determine if you meet the project
complexity criteria for APM Registered Project Professional.

The questionnaire is designed to assess the complexity of projects you have managed. Looking at the statements below enter an 'x' in one of the
four columns that closely typifies the majority of projects that you manage. On completion of all questions you will be given an indication of your
management of complex projects against the APM Registered Project Professional project complexity requirement.
