INFORMATION NOTE

The purpose of this note is to inform you that, for the execution of its
relationships with its users, PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL collects users' data, including
data acquired verbally, directly or through third parties, qualified as personal
data by Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (also known as the Privacy
Code).
Firstly, the above-mentioned law requires all parties who process personal data to
inform the Data Subject about the nature of the data being processed and to
provide certain information regarding the processing, which must, in any case, be
performed in line with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency,
protecting your privacy and rights. Therefore, pursuant to the terms of Article 13
of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we are hereby providing the following
information:

Nature of the processed data

Within the scope of the working relationship, PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL processes
the ordinary and sensitive data of its employees and workers, pursuant to Article
4, section 1 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Purpose of processing
We inform you that the personal data voluntarily provided by you will be
processed by PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL, in its role as Data Controller, only for the
activities of recruiting and selecting staff to fill current and future positions and
using paper, digital or electronic means which are in any case suitable to
guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data processing.

Processing procedures
The personal data will mainly be processed using IT tools.
The personal data submitted voluntarily by you, both when filling in online forms
and spontaneously sending your curriculum vitae to the website of PIZZATO
ELETTRICA SRL when requesting a position of employment, will only be filed by
PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL for the purposes indicated above and for the time
envisaged by the reference legislation in force.
For the purposes of this paragraph, PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL undertakes to comply
with specific safety measures to prevent the loss, unlawful and incorrect use and
any unauthorised accesses to the data, in full compliance with the laws and
regulations in force.
Mandatory / optional nature of data submission
Submitting the above-mentioned data is optional.
However, the refusal of the Data Subject to provide their personal data will lead
to the Data Controller being unable to process the same and, consequently, to
assess the application and therefore proceed, if applicable, in selecting and hiring
the candidate.

Data Controller and Data Supervisor

The Data Controller for the data processing described herein is PIZZATO
ELETTRICA SRL, with registered office in Marostica, at Via Torino 1, Italy.
The processing operations will be performed by Persons Responsible for the
Processing appointed by the Data Controller and/or Data Supervisor, who will
work under their direct authority, complying with all the instructions received.

Parties to whom the personal data can be communicated or to whose knowledge

they may come in their roles as Data Supervisors or Persons Responsible for the
Processing
Your data can also be communicated to any external staff recruitment companies
that PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL may choose to use. In any case, these companies
will guarantee that they will implement equivalent criteria of safety and
confidentiality to those adopted by PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL and that they will
operate as external Data Supervisors.
Additionally, only for the purposes of maintaining this website and the database
containing the personal data received, PIZZATO ELETTRICA SRL may use third
parties, who may accordingly have access to your data. In any case, said parties
will be appointed as Data Supervisors or Persons Responsible for the Processing
and will receive adequate operating instructions, focusing in particular on the
implementation of the minimum safety measures.

Rights of the Data Subject

The Data Subject is entitled to obtain confirmation of whether any personal data
are held on file for them, even if these have not yet been recorded, and to be
notified of the same in an intelligible form.
The Data Subject is entitled to know the contents and origin of their personal
data.
They also reserve the right to:
a) have their data updated, corrected or, if required, integrated;
b) have any data processed in breach of the law cancelled, rendered anonymous
or blocked, including those which need not be kept on file in relation to the
purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) receive confirmation that the operations described at points a) and b) and their
contents have been brought to the knowledge of all those to whom their data
have been communicated or disseminated, except in circumstances where it
proves impossible to fulfil this requirement or where doing so would require the
use of a quantity of resources that is clearly disproportionate to the protected
right.
Finally, the Data Subject is entitled to object, fully or partially:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, even if relevant
to the purpose of their collection;
b) to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of sending
advertising or direct sales material, or for the performance of market research or
commercial communication.
