AGREEMENT OF HIRING SERVICES & MODE OF PAYMENT

I undersigned is hiring Mr. Amer Sohail Anjum, Advocate High court, Senior Associate of
Waterford Law Associates situated at G-8 Markaz, Islamabad to plead & act on behalf in
following 4 different cases in civil courts (not included District courts, HC and Supreme court of
Pakistan) and make myself bound to pay the total amount of Rs. 1, 35,000/- for following 4
cases ill civil courts proceedings (excluding appointment of commission, appeals and references
to Higher courts even during the pendency of all cases and thereafter disposal of all suits from
civil courts).

1. Written statement in case of Guardian and Wards Act under Section 7 and 12 at
Islamabad.
2. Custody of child under Guardian and Wards Act under Section 25 at Islamabad.
3. Civil suit for changing baby name from Ayan khan to Ayan Bin Asim at Okara.
4. Civil suit for recovery of cash amount, precious articles, household items, and Gold
ornaments at Islamabad.

Further, it is added that in any case of compromise, withdrawal from either side of parties to
case there will be no effect on case fees already paid or future payment for all abovementioned
cases. The mode of payment will be in three different installments first in Feb 2016 (Rs.
50,000/-), Second end of April 2016 (Rs. 30,000/-) and last and final in end of Dec 2016 (Rs.
55,000/-)
