Branding and Communication Division

The Communications Division is responsible for leading and coordinating internal and external
communications across and on behalf of The Farmers Bank Limited. It profiles FBL's work,
protects its reputation and celebrates the character and success of company. The team provides
advice, training and support internally including in public affairs, digital communications, ATL
& BTL communications, design and brand.

In addition to its duties it also looks after the duties of banks Corporate Social Responsibility.

4.1 Activities of Branding and Communication Division

Our activities include:

Developing The Farmers Bank Limiteds communication, content and branding


strategies
Managing The Farmers Bank Limiteds web site, social media and digital
communications
Managing media relations
Creating, editing and distributing The Farmers Bank Limiteds publications,
Creating graphic design, video and photographic content
Managing The Farmers Bank Limiteds Library
Building a service-oriented culture within The Farmers Bank Limiteds
Arrange and Execute different in house Events, coordinate press release and
media releases.
Maintain relationship with agencies.

Indoor and Outdoor branding of The Farmers Bank Limited.


Co-ordinate branch opening related activities.
