    RESULT OF INSPECTION:

    We, AmSpec Agri, first class independent supervision company, in pursuance of instructions received from our
    Principals, attended the unloading of above mentioned cargo with the following results.

    The weight were ascertained as per gauging of the below mentioned calibrated shore tank in conjunction with
    actual tested density before and after discharging.

    THEREFORE, THE TOTAL QUANTITY DISCHARGED FROM SHIPS TANKS BEING: -------- MT

    THE SHORE LINES WERE CHECKED AND FOUND TO BE VISIBLY EMPTY BEFORE AND ON COMPLETION
    OF DISCHARGING FROM ACCESSIBLE POINTS AT TIME AND PLACE OF INSPECTION.

    THE WEIGHT WAS CALCULATED WITH REFERENCE TO ACTUAL TESTED DENSITY.

    PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DISCHARGE, ALL NON-UTILIZED VALVES ALONG THE SHIPMENT LINE
    AND THE RECEIVING SHORE TANK WAS TIGHTLY SHUT AND SEALED BY US. THESE AFFIXED SEALS
    WERE CHECKED AT TIME OF CONDUCTING THE FINAL GAUGING OUTTURN AND ALL AFFIXED SEALS
    WERE FOUND INTACT.

    NO ABNORMALITIES WERE NOTED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DISCHARGING OPERATION.

    ALL GAUGINGS AND CALCULATIONS WERE RECONCILED AND NO IRREGULARITIES WERE NOTED.
