FLOW OF THE JOB SEQUENCE

Pipe Delivery
Unload the pipes, fittings and other loose
materials out from the lorry using a Forklift

Transfer the Pipes


Transfer the pipes and the materials to the
storage area using Forklift

Pipe and Materials Storage


Storing the PVC pipes and materials at the
approved storage/lay down area.

Pipe Pulling
Transfer the PVC pipes manually to the
work area

PVC Pipe cutting


Measure, mark and cut the PVC pipe into
required/desired length using manual saw

Pipe Chamfering
Clean off the PVC debris from the pipes
surface and chamfer the pipe end with files

Pipe Pre-Glue
Applying Primer on the Pipe surface that
will be glued to another joint.

Pipe Glue
Applying pipe glue/cement on the pipe
surface

Jointing the pipe spool/pipe connection


manually pressing both pipe joints together

Erect a Scaffold near the area where the pipe


installation will take place.

Transfer the pipe spools to the new WWT Plant


Manually carrying the pipe spool and place the pipe
spool near to the installation area.
