But we are relieved it has finally happened. STAMP will now be working with the authorities to ensure these prosecutions are a success.” {In June, the Kinsella's were successful in bringing a private prosecution against Sears. and St. Germaine for uttering death threats against them. That case is stil before the courts. STAMP, meanwhile, successfully lobbied for the then-Minister responsible for Canada Post, Judy Foote, to issue a prohibitory order against the delivery of the neo- Nazi rag to tens of thousands of Toronto-area homes in June 2016. Ahearing into that prohibitory order is ongoing, Finally, this Fall, Lisa Kinsella commenced a libel action against Sears and St Germaine.
