Hi Kamal,

I am glad to hear that you will be visiting me next week. For your information, I am an active member
of Green World Club in my community. We will be organizing our yearly activity called
Clean-up Our Beach Campaign 2017. This campaign will run for 2 days starting from
6 to 7 May 2017. We will carry out the clean-up activity at the selected beach. For this year, we have
chosen Pantai Teluk Sepat as our venue. We will start exactly at 7:00 a.m. in the
morning and will end at 11:30 a.m.

All the tools and equipment will be prepared by the club. The participant will be given a special T-shirt
and a cap for the activity. We have listed down several activities during this campaign. First, we will
collect all the rubbish scattered on the beach like aluminium cans, paper cups, food containers,
mineral water bottles and plastic bags. Then, we will plant mangrove trees at the selected
areas. We will also distribute flyers to the people we meet at the beach.

I hope you can join me and my group in the upcoming beach clean-up campaign.
