RIBBON CUTTING PLAN OF ACTION

Event: Wave Life Sciences Ribbon Cutting

Date: Set up starting 10/25


Event 10.26 at 10am

Venue: 115 Hartwell Ave


Lexington, MA

Logistics:

Photographer finalized: Aly Schmaling will take photos during and after
event/headshots
Tent finalized, will cover entire patio.
Planters will be moved to the far side of patio and will have mums (fall colors) in
them
King Street to move umbrellas and all but 2 tables onto 3rd floor
AV needs to run electric from inside as there is not outdoor outlets. He will tape
accordingly.
Work with Erin on videos
We will use orange chairs outside with additional white samsonite chairs
Tent will go up on Wednesday and crew will return on Thursday at 130 to remove.
Ordering carpet for Rest rooms on 2nd floor accessible by elevator or stairs.
Ordering screen to block off area for staging for catering
office kitchen available for water etc if needed (small)
Facilities will remove tall chairs, 4 large black swivel chairs and coffee table (all in the
lobby).
There will be 2 tables with chairs in front of glass wall (offices)
3 tall cocktail tables
Food station set on existing table
Coat rack
Blankets need to order

Thank you Bob. Good morning I am Wendy Erler, Vice President of Patient
Advocacy and Market Insights.
My priority is the patients and I am launching

As you know Wave is primarily focused on rare diseases, including Duchenne


Muscular Dystrophy. We have been working closely with Pat over the last
several years (add here)
Pat Furlong is the Founding President of Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy
(PPMD) the largest nonprofit organization in the United States solely focused on
Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Pat founded PPMD in 1994 in memory of her
sons who were diagnosed with Duchenne in 1984. Pat immersed herself in
Duchenne working to understand the disorder and has grown the organization
which is considered one of the foremost authorities on Duchenne in the world.

Our next guest is fiercly commited to finding the cure for ALS and in particular to
help fund the research of Dr. Robert H. Brown Jr. and his team at UMASS. He
serves as President of The Angel Fund. The Kennedy family knows too well the
impacts of ALS, Rich Ratt Kennedys father, brother and now he himself has
been diagnosed with ALS.

developing a meaningful ALS treatment is being so innovative and forward thinking.

Our last speaker this morning but certainly not least is Robi Blumenstein. Robi is
the President of CHDI which he founded in 2002 to support research in
Huntingtons disease. A consistent theme today is the shared mission to slow the
progression of these rare diseases. CHDI works with companies and the medical
community to develop drugs to slow the progress of HD and provide meaningful
clinical benefit to patients as quickly as possible. Welcome Robi-
