Structural analysis of Weigh Bridge platform

The objective of this work is to find out structural integrity of a weigh bridge platform, when its
subjected to given loading conditions. Maximum stresses and deformations are observed within its design
limits.

Analysis of Radial stresses in Flywheel

The objective of this project is to investigate the radial stresses induced in flywheel when it is
subjected to a rotational velocity as per customer requirements. Mass balancing of the flywheel is done to
vary the moment of inertia.
Tightening Torque Analysis of Pedicle Screw assembly
The objective of this work is to find out the torque at which the material experiences failure in
both dynamic and static conditions. Detailed solution was provided regarding the residual stress
accumulation and its absence in Dynamic and Static cases respectively.
Random vibration analysis of Jaw crusher frame with Power spectral Density (PSD) curve
The objective of this work is to investigate the failure occurring in the mounting frame of Jaw
crusher. Power Spectral Density curve is acquired with the help of Dynamic signal analyser and it was fed
to random vibration module for exciting the frame. Stresses and Hot spots are observed at welded areas.
Final solution of adding stiffening members was suggested.
