 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

A. The Minimum Essential Qualification for positions at all levels is:

- First Class Masters Degree in Business

Management/Administration in a relevant management discipline

/ First Class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by

AIU/accredited by AICTE/UGC

OR

- MA (Economics) / M.Com / MA (Psychology/Organization Behaviour)/

MA (Statistics/Mathematics) with minimum 55% marks

B. Other Minimum Essential Qualifications at different levels are as

General Instructions

1. All applications must be sent only through the online mode.

2. Reservations: Reservations for SC/ST/OBC and Divyaangjanare

available in the Institute as per Govt. of India Rules. Necessary
certificates must be uploaded in the online application form.

3. Last date for submission of online applications is 27 November

5. Those working in Government/Semi-Government PSUs etc. should send

their applications through proper channel.

6. The Selection Committee will give due weightage to the quality of

publications and demonstrated leadership qualities.

7. In case of large number of applications, the scrutiny committee may

apply benchmarks higher than minimum essential/desirable
qualifications to shortlist the candidates for interview.

8. The selected candidates will be governed by the Institutes rules on

consultancy and other matters.

9. The Institute reserves the right not to fill up any advertised post.
