Purpose of Interview:
1. The main purpose of the interview is to understand fully the
process of the schools registration system.
2. The interview will enumerate the step by step process and
problems of the schools system registration encounter with its
early operation.

Summary of Interview:
1. The problem in the registration system is that they cant easily find
the record of a student.
2. They are using manual basis.
3. They cant accommodate huge of students.

Document Analysis
We describe in very general terms the as-is business for registering
for classes in our school. And we asked some questions for us to have
knowledge about their system. We also observed how the registration
process worked. And we recorded a Problem Analysis and Root
Cause Analysis to determine the issues in their registration system.

Observation
I have observed on how their system works and how they perform
their works. It is not just how they perform but how they
communicate with the students, they are being nice to the students so
they can accommodate them. Even though there are some problems
or conflict in their system and they are still trying to do their best.

Problem Analysis
A system can show lots of flaws during its operation. Just like TCCs
system, they too have encountered multiple problems. Things like,
they still use manual method of registering students. Which needs lots
of focus and effort. Another problem is that they cant accommodate
a huge amount of students at the same time. Which causes more time
of work. Efficiency also becomes a problem for the schools system.
In a way that they try to accommodate a lot of student that they divide
their attention to each student causing them to forget some details for
the students record. And lastly is the subjects available for
enrollment. Due to their manual method, they tend to miss our
subjects that have same set of schedules. Which causes confusion to
students and professors as well.

Assessment
Enroll.
After you write down the subjects you need to go
Cashier
to the cashier to pay for the units of your subjects.
After you pay for the units you will now get the
Registrar
copy of your subjects that you enrolled.

In here I will eliminate the process of assessment. If I eliminate it, of

course you will not know your subjects, how will you going to pay to the
cashier if you dont have your subjects. And it will cause them to
interrupt their system because you are enrolled without any subjects.
And of course you will not know who is your professor and what
subjects youre going to take.
