Why are we here?

You might get bored from this life and ask: why am
l here?
There are many verses in Quran tackles this interesting Question and
give logic and clear answers.

Simply, we are here :

To Enjoy this amazing life which has been created especially
for mankind:
Allah says in Quran:
It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain
from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and
subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and
subjected for you the rivers.(14:32).
To Think and Learn how this amazing universe work and how
its laws operate:
Allah says in Quran:
And He taught Adam all the names (of everything), then He showed
them to the angels and said, "Tell Me the names of these if you are
truthful."(2:31)
The first verse which revealed on prophet Mohamed was:
Read in the name of your Lord Who created. He created man from a
clot. Read and your Lord is Most Honorable, Who taught (to write)
with the pen Taught man what he knew not. (96:1-5).

To Explore The earth and how beautiful it is:

Allah says in Quran: Say to them: "Travel in the land and see how
(Allah) originated the creation, and then Allah will bring forth the creation of
the Hereafter (i.e. resurrection after death). Verily, Allah is Able to do all
things."(29:20).

To Build up our future in this life , the hereafter and to Be

prepared to meet God :
Allah says in Quran:
And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that
they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow.
Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they
will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to
them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they
will abide therein eternally. (2:25).
And fear a Day when you will be returned to Allah. Then every soul will
be compensated for what it earned, and they will not be treated unjustly.(
2:281)

To know one another:

Allah says in Quran:
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you
into nations and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of
you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing
and Acquainted. (49-13)

To Serve God:
Allah says in Quran:
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.(51:56) What
does that mean? Do we have to spend all time worshipping God?
It means to thank him for all the grace that he bestowed upon us.
And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He
made for you hearing and vision and intellect that perhaps you would be grateful.(16-78)
It means to thank him by doing your job in the best way. Thank him by looking
after you parents, your neighbors, your ken and ...etc.
Smiling to other people is a good deed? Even removing dirt from roads is a good
deed.
