Certain foods help you to maintain a naturally high sex drive if you eat
them more often.

We know that these special foods can boost libido because of their
tested and proven effects on the human body.

On the other hand, there are foods that can clog up your liver, lower

Junk Food

Junk food is the worst offender of all and can cause rapid weight gain,
higher blood pressure, higher cholesterol levels and lower testosterone.

Pizza, burgers, fries, and sugar OR diet soda


drinks can have highly negative
consequences when consumed on a regular
basis.

Consuming white flour based bread (or


buns) together with animal fats and certain
chemical treatments used for meat and for
flavouring affect several bodily functions
simultaneously.

High animal fat consumption can causes


plaques to form in blood vessels and raises
cholesterol. This stops the blood reaching
the penis in adequate amounts for healthy,

High white flour consumption can convert to


fat which often accumulates on the waist or

processed frozen foods. Regular high salt
intake can be bad for the human heart,

Frozen pizzas, pre-prepared microwave or


oven meals also often contain a high
number of chemical additives and flavour
enhancers which can reduce your ability to
produce testosterone properly.

Plastic packaging that is used with frozen


processed foods sometimes seeps chemicals
such as Bisphenol-A which is considered an
endocrine disruptor and according to
studies, has a number of other negative
effects including genital deformity, low
sperm production, obesity and even cancer.

Canned drinks can also contain traces of


such chemicals. Reducing your consumption
of drinks from cans and plastic bottles is

Finally, chips, sugar snacks, breakfast


cereals and prepared sauces are all
processed foods.

Sugar And Desserts

While sugar and desserts may be tasty, consuming them regularly or


developing a sweet tooth can contribute to weight gain in the gut area,
and subsequently a lower level of testosterone and less efficient blood
circulation.

or bingeing on chocolate then you need to

Many sweets, pastries and desserts contain

nutritional value and at best a substance which does little other than
make you feel full.

White flour is very often bleached with a

This is because refined carbohydrates alter

Soy is regularly promoted as a health food and as a healthy alternative


to using animal-based products. It can even be found as a supplement in

However, before you make your daily meal


of tofu and soy beans, lets have a closer
look.

Research proves that soy is an estrogen-


mimicking subtance. This means that it
binds to the estrogen receptors in your
body, causing your estrogen levels to
increase.

As you may know, higher levels of estrogen


in a mans body can lead to female
characteristics such as male breasts, general

Soy isoflavone supplements are often taking
