Now, there was another case where the accused was a minor. did not
even reach High school. He was charged with murder and he waived
his right to counsel the supreme court said that we are not satisfied
that the accused was confident to make the waiver because the
charge was murder and his educational attainment was just
elementary.
Gross negligence of a lawyer like there was somebody the father was
charged with rape the daughter testified the lawyer did not cross
examine and then the sister testified to corroborate thte testimony and
the lawyer jsut asked questions like how did she feel? and did not
cross examine the daughter who was the victim because he was
convince that she was telling the truth and did not present any
evidence. The supreme court said The presentation is not valid if the
accused by represented by somebody with conflicting interest.
