Goal #1: By the end of the internship, I will effectively manage student behaviour using appropriate
low-key and high level responses.

Establish clear classroom rules and enforce them on a daily basis
Utilize seating plans to encourage student focus and motivate learning
Develop deeper relationships with students to gain their respect both in and out of the
classroom

Plan out what I will say for at least three lessons a week, including the questions I would
like to ask
Slowly decrease the amount of scripting per week
Eventually reach a point where clear questioning is natural
