Kelebihan:

Sementara itu Dr Toby Goldstone, seorang endokrinologi dari Imperial College Healthcare NHS
Trust menuturkan saat ini pola makan telah berevolusi dengan melihat makanan bergula dan
berlemak sebagai sesuatu yang menarik, dan makanan-makanan ini sangat mudah ditemui.

Untuk itu jika ingin bagian otak Anda tidak mengalami penuaan dan penyusutan lebih cepat,
maka hindari makanan yang mengandung kalori tinggi seperti junk food sehingga aliran darah ke
otak tidak terganggu.
