SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MIRASOL T. SUAN. of legal age, Filipino, single a resident of Brgy. Carmen, Calbayog City,
by virtue of these presents, do hereby constitute, nominate and appoint Myrla A. Arcales, also of
legal age, Filipino, married , and a resident of Brgy. 09 Boao St.,Catbalogan City, Samar, to be my
true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to appear for me and on my behalf before the Bureau Of Internal
Revenue (BIR), City Assessor office, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Register of Deeds of
Calbayog City in connection with the payment of taxes related to the property located at Barrio of
Lunang, Almagro, Samar and to perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To personally represent me before the BIR Office, City Assessor, DAR office
,Register of Deeds, and to Municipal Assessor office and DAR office of Almagro to
follow up the status of my documents; and
2. To make, sign, execute and submit to the BIR Office, City Assessor office, DAR
office and to the Register of Deeds all such communications or correspondence as
may be necessary to facilitate the processing of the payment of any taxes related
and documents needed for the transfer of the said property to my name ;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every act and thing of whatever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall do or cause to
be done under and virtue of these presents.
