ECOLINHE C.A. is a company located in Quito-Ecuador, South America.

I am pleased to inform you that in Ecuador since May 13th, 2015 by Presidential Decree 675
where it legally empowers private companies to produce, distribute and market biofuels in
Ecuador such as: ETANOL ANHIDRO and BIODISEL.

Ecolinhe has been studing in social, technical and commercial fields for two years ago to carry
out our project of construction of a production field of ETHANOL ANHIDROUS to 99.7% of
purity based on sugar cane, from which gets higher yields per metric ton than other products
such as maize, sorghum, cassava, etc. Because of its high content of sucrose.

The field of Ecolinhe will have higher technology, machinery, equipment and processes for the
production of ethanol with suppliers from BRAZIL, CANADA and USA.

The project contemplates:

1. Sequential seeding of 30,000 hectares of sugar cane with a production of 100 to 120 metric
tons per hectare. (Machining)

Maturation period of sugar cane from 7 to 9 months, industrially controlled.

2.- Drip irrigation with the best technology in areas, which are located in Arenillas, el Oro
Province or Manabi Province.

3.- It will harvest fully mechanized with harvesters with GPS satellite control, wich cut the
product up to 520 metric tons per day. It will have 25 harvesters aditional, we will have 3 of
back up- (it requires 12,500 tons/day of product for one million of liters ethanol/day
approximately)

4.- Extraction of 80 to 90 liters of anhydrous ethanol per metric ton.

5.- The field will produce from 900,000 to 1 million liters per day.

6.- The field will have its own thermoelectric generation, using sugar cane waste . Generation
37 MW

7.- In the second stage, ethanol extraction from waste cellulose. It will increase the production
of anhydrous ethanol 25 to 30% approximately.

SOCIAL BENEFIT OF THE ANHYDRO ETHANOL PROJECT:

This project will give 1,500 jobs and thousands more indirectly in its different production areas
such as:
1.- Sugar cane plantation with 24/7 operative work divided in 3 shifts of 8 hours per group in
its different areas such as: mechanized cutting of the cane, support mechanics group,
biological control of pests, laboratory, medical department and transportation from cane to
plant.

2.- Ethanol production field will work 24/7 in its different control areas: Administrative,
technicians of processes, quality control laboratory, medical department and maintenance,
divided into 3 8-hour shifts.

3.- Tanker fleet to transport the ethanol from the field to the port of storage for export,
operational 24/7. In 3 shifts of 8 hours.

Aditional to this, the project will provide annual capital for social assistance to the native
people in the influence rea of the project, such as health, education and training of the
workers field.

ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFIT OF THE ANHYDRO ETHANOL PROJECT:

Ethanol is an alcohol that is combined with gasoline in proportions of 5%, 10%, 20%, 80%,
which is used in vehicles in various parts of the planet Earth, this compound is called Gasol,
which dramatically reduces emissions of carbon dioxide CO2, emitted by the vehicles to the
environment, this will be recuded from 20 to 25%.

Gasoline produces 10 kg of CO2 for each gallon (of gasoline), as opposed to ethanol only
produces 6 kg of CO2 per gallon. Moreover, 26 kg of CO2 are absorbed from the air for each
gallon of ethanol produced by the Sugar cane plants in the field, this is the true value of etanol
which leaves more air in the environment.

In addition, the sugar cane plantation will be located on ERIAZOS land with a non-agricultural
destination or similar territory that has not been seeded.

These areas will include drip irrigation, minimizing water resources and maximizing
production, with a reduction in harvest time, it will increase the environmental benefit of the
project, without affecting the country's food matrix.

BACKGROUND:

Cost of production per liter. (Approximately) From $ 0.35 to $ 0.45

Net income, approximately, in marketing per liter locally . From $ 0.40 to $ 0.60

Net income, approximately, per liter internationally. From $ 0.30 to $ 0.50

National marketing will be done with EP PETROECUADOR for a national Project gasoline
ECOPAIS that contains 5% ethanol per liter, with a requirement that would be approximately
480,000 to 500,000 liters/day, reaching 10% ethanol for each gallon of ethanol. According to
Presidential Decree, so that the requirement will be one million liters per day.

International marketing will get in countries like US, EU, CHINA and Japan.
INVESTMENT CAPITAL:

Alternative 1: For this project we request a financial loan of $ 900 millions to 10 years term
with 2 years of grace. With a TIR (INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN) up to 30%

Alternative 2: An investment of $ 850 millions with a JOIN VENTURE to produce up to one

million liters/day of ethanol.
