SUMMARY
Calzado sport is a product worked manually by Colombians who used leather and
synthetic materials. Its name comes from a series of studies related to sports and
footwear to develop a name that will strike nationally and internationally, our
production takes place in the Santander capital to be distributed nationally and
internationally.
The purchase of leather materials is recommended for the quality of the product to
be produced and sold to buyers nationwide.
Before the product is elaborated, the best quality materials are selected. The
product is elaborated using all safety measures in the footwear production factory.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The best leather quality is chosen to later be shoe molds to be transferred to the
assemblers section, in this section each mold is armed with boxer and spinning
glue to give a better quality to the assembly, after having assembled each mold it
go to the section of garnishes to have cooked each mold already armed and then
move to the section of tilers where they will be responsible for taking all the armed
and trimmed pieces to be able to give the finished footwear that is going to be
released to the market.
PACKING
The footwear market is large internationally, so there are favorable prospects for
the growth of exports of this product.
Although the initial investment is large, the business is sustainable and does not
require subsequent reinvestments, and even cash flow is positive from the start.
At the level of commercial viability, the annual import figures that widely exceed
sales expectations and in comparison with the sale price of other countries, are
