SUMMARY

In the creation of any type of business, it is necessary to develop an organized and


in-depth research on the direct and indirect variables that may affect the
achievement of that business or trade.

For this reason, the financial, commercial, operational and productive


environments of the business to be implemented are analyzed separately, bearing
in mind that in carrying out the previous analysis, the viability of the project can be
evaluated.

Calzado sport is a product worked manually by Colombians who used leather and
synthetic materials. Its name comes from a series of studies related to sports and
footwear to develop a name that will strike nationally and internationally, our
production takes place in the Santander capital to be distributed nationally and
internationally.

The process used to execute this project is divided into stages:

PURCHASE OF RAW MATERIALS

The purchase of leather materials is recommended for the quality of the product to
be produced and sold to buyers nationwide.

PREPARATION OF THE PLACE TO PREPARE THE PRODUCT

Before the product is elaborated, the best quality materials are selected. The
product is elaborated using all safety measures in the footwear production factory.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The best leather quality is chosen to later be shoe molds to be transferred to the
assemblers section, in this section each mold is armed with boxer and spinning
glue to give a better quality to the assembly, after having assembled each mold it
go to the section of garnishes to have cooked each mold already armed and then
move to the section of tilers where they will be responsible for taking all the armed
and trimmed pieces to be able to give the finished footwear that is going to be
released to the market.

PACKING

After 20 minutes of having assembled the footwear, we proceed to the packing


section where they will be responsible for cleaning the shoe and then pack it in the
respective boxes with the business brand.

DIRECT CHANNEL DISTRIBUTION STRATEGIES:

Short indirect channel: a relationship will be provided with warehouses or


wholesale chains for the distribution of products taking into account the different
sales proposals.

In addition to traditional channels such as warehouses and chain shopping centers,


the Internet sales model has been implemented mainly by the main networks and a
