BDM. Regrettably, (unfortunately), however, the purpose of this letter is to withdraw my previous
acceptance of your offer
Thank you for the offer to join BDM Company. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to
interview me and to share information on the opportunity and your company.

2nd paragraph - give the reason (relocation, better opportunity, change of plans,)
I appreciate the opportunity and offer, but after further consideration, I cannot relocate at this
time for personal reasons /I cant make the move because of family obligations
However, after talking it over with my family, this is not the best time for me to relocate. This was
not an easy decision to make, and I hope you can keep me in mind if ever you create a
subsidiary in Paris and you will need someone for a similar position.
It was a difficult decision to make, but I found a better position with another company
Unfortunately, I will not be accepting the position as it does not fit the path I am taking to achieve
my career goals.
