Main Project:
Project Title: Design of high pressure Gate valve at High Tech-Valves

Description: Ordinary Gate valves manufactured in our country can

only withstand medium pressure. Under high pressure they get
corroded and reduces their life by 2:1 ratio. So in order to overcome this
with the help of a valve manufacturing company we designed a gate
valve that can withstand high pressure.

Mini Project:

Project Title: Pneumatic Reciprocating Hacksaw

Description: The hacksaw is a metal cutting machine tool designed to cut

metal by applying pneumatic pressure. The machine is exclusively intended
for mass production and they represent a faster and more efficient way to cut
a metal.
ACHIEVEMENTS / CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES / EXTRA CURRICULAR
ACTIVITIES:

Have participated in the national level solar kart competition conducted

by Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers in March of 2015 at
Haryana.
Have participated in the symposium conducted by Velammal
Engineering College, Surapet during August 2014.
Won 1st place in Business Plan at the national level Go-Kart
competition conducted by Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers
held at Coimbatore in December of 2014.
