Proyek Female Apartment berlokasi di Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok,

Beji, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Hunian vertikal ini didirikan di atas lahan
dengan luas 2.100 m2, memiliki satu tower yang terdiri dari 3 lantai
basement, 20 lantai bangunan tipikal untuk hunian yang lantai
pertamanya juga digunakan untuk service dan lantai 21 yang berfungsi
sebagai sky lounge. Nilai kontrak proyek ini adalah sebesar Rp
209.000.000.000,- dan kelas proyeknya adalah grade 7. Pembangunan
Proyek ini dimulai sejak september 2016 dan direncanakan akan
rampung pada Agustus 2018. Pembahasan masalah khusus pada
penulisan ini adalah mengenai metode pelaksanaan dan analisis
kebutuhan material waller beam struktur basement Female Apartment.

1.383,28 m2, dalam pelaksanaannya pelat lantai 11 ini dibagi menjadi
3 zona. Metode pelaksanaan pelat lantai 11 menggunakan gabungan
metode konvensional dan metode metal deck. Berdasarkan hasil
perhitungan, kebutuhan baja tulangan adalah 13.457 kg, Kebutuhan
volume beton ready mix adalah 189 m3, Kebutuhan plywood adalah
205 lembar, Kebutuhan smartdek adalah 526,61 m2 dan didapat total
estimasi biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai 11 tower 2 pada
proyek Izzara Apartment GTU adalah sebesar Rp. 424.352.250,-.

Female Apartment project is located at Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok, Beji,

Depok City, West Java. This vertical dwelling was established on an area of
2,100 m2, has one tower consisting of 3 basement floors, 20 floors of a typical
residential building whose first floor is also used for service and the 21st floor
serves as a sky lounge. The contract value of this project is Rp 209.000.000.000,
- and the grade of the project is grade 7. Construction of this Project began in
september 2016 and is planned to be completed in August 2018. Discussion of
specific problems in this writing is about the method of implementation and
analysis of material needs wall beam Basement structure of Female Apartment.

Estimate the cost of carrying out the work of the 11th floor tower 2 on the Izzara
Apartment GTU Project. The 11th floor plate has an area of 1,383.28 m2, in
practice the 11th floor plate is divided into 3 zones. The method of execution of
11th floor plate using combination of conventional method and metal deck
method. Based on the calculation, the requirement of reinforcing steel is 13,457
kg. The demand for ready mixed concrete volume is 189 m3, the need of
plywood is 205 sheets, the need of smartdek is 526,61 m2 and the total
